This document discusses national strategies for open educational resources (OER). It provides examples of OER projects and initiatives in several countries, including Brazil, the Netherlands, South Africa, Poland, New Zealand, and the United States. The strategies discussed include developing open education policies, using open content licenses to facilitate sharing and adaptation of resources, and collaborative production of OER between educators, students and organizations.
