Phases 1 and 2 shown above: For Lennar’s new gallery of homes sales center, Capstone designed an interactive, modular program where
furniture could be reconfigured to create different spacial environments and work with virtually any floorplan. Each modular unit is a semi
circle which allows them to be combined to create a full circle, S curves and other design configurations.




Phase 3 shown above: For another of Lennar’s large scale sales and design center, we refined the concept and incorporated the materials
for floor, wall, lighting and signage.

The inspiration was the nautical themed logo spiraling up. The community is where the desert meets the sea, however this building had no
views of the ocean except from the third floor, so we kept it light, cylindrical, and included water features. The open center was designed for
events and traffic, and the second level provided much needed office space for administration.

  • 30. The inspiration was the nautical themed logo spiraling up. The community is where the desert meets the sea, however this building had no views of the ocean except from the third floor, so we kept it light, cylindrical, and included water features. The open center was designed for events and traffic, and the second level provided much needed office space for administration.
