  • 2. The Higher Educational System in Algeria Eighty-four (84) higher education institutions covering all the country. This network consists of : •  Thirty six (36) Universities, •  Fifteen (15) Academic Centers, •  Sixteen (16) National Schools, •  Five (05) teacher training colleges, •  Ten (10) preparatory schools •  Two(02) Integrated Preparatory Classes.2   11/29/12
