Having good mental/emotional health is an
important part of your total health.

                        Seeing the bright side increases your chances of
  Positive Outlook      success.

   Self-Sufficiency     Being confident promotes your sense of
                        independence.

                        Having healthy self-esteem helps you recover
  Healthy Self-Esteem   from difficulties.

DEVELOPING SELF-AWARENESS

   The psychologist Abraham Maslow created a theory
    called the hierarchy of needs that seeks to explain
    human development and motivation.


       Hierarchy of needs
       A ranked list of those needs essential to human growth and
       development, presented in ascending order, starting with
       basic needs and building toward the need to reach your
       highest potential
