4. Customers ENOS Luxury Coaches shall offer quality product and services and value of money, at least comparable with that of its own competitors.
Debt Collection- Normally credit terms will be in accordance with industry practice. Extended credit terms will be given to customers with, only in exceptional circumstances.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Suppliers Local Suppliers shall be given preference, provided that their quality, services and cost meets that of national alternatives.
Loyalty Established suppliers shall be given notice of any attention to change sources that will affect them.
Communication Detailed product/services specifications and revisions will be given to suppliers in writing.
Payments Payment to our suppliers shall not be delayed, without prior negotiation.

Efficiency- ENOS Luxury Coaches manager and his workers will meet each week to discuss actual performance compared with plans. Objectives shall be agreed annually for each employee and performance reviewed quarterly.
