an offer for. Make sure to state the tender reference in your
communication in order to avoid missunderstandings.

6. 3. Fill out the paperwork
We send you the paperwork and clear
instructions how to fill it out. The
paperwork should not take too long to
fill out (10 min) given that you have all
information.
Even if it is not a lot of information we
ask for, it is crucial that you complete
the paperwork. If not the offer risk to
not pass to tasting stage.

7. 4. Processing of paperwork
Once we have recieved the written offer, we start to put together the
offer to our client. Depending on if it is Systembolaget, ALKO or
Vinmonopolet the process is a bit different, however our aim is always
to make as good offer as possible meaning:

2. A clear offer with all information our client ask for.
3. Add extra information in order to distinguish offer from competition
(PR articles, Awards, Other unique info about the wine)

Concealed Wines submit the paperwork and our client evaluate the
offer. Since we are experts in what we do, we have an error margin
today below 0,5 % in the paperwork. Given that our offer is complete
and competitive our client return with a sample request.

9. 6. Sample request and sending of samples
We send you a request for samples and also instructions that we ask for as
ready products as possible.
We ask for 3-5 samples depending on which market. We always ask for 2
extra bottles, in order to have quality references if we win. It is crucial for us
and for our supplier partners that we can conduct quality control process if a
product is selected in the tasting.
We send you the sample request well in advance with clear information how
to send samples and where to send samples. Once we recieve the samples
we will confirm to you that samples has been recieved.

10. 7. Wait for an answer from our client
Once we recieved the samples, we confirm samples is correct
(vintage/alcohol) and if something looks strange we will notify you.
When samples is checked we submit samples to our client before
deadline client has stated to us.
Normally from the time we submit samples and an answer it is
normally between 2 – 8 weeks.
Our clients blind taste the samples and compare your products with
the other products competing on the same contract.

11. 8. A result from the blind tasting
After a few weeks time we recieve an answer from our client telling us
how the product performed during blind tasting session.
In a good case scenario we recieve a positive answer and we move on
as a next step to prepare a first order.
In a less possitve scenario we recieve an answer with the scores from
blind tasting, number of competitiors and the name of the winning
product. In this case, we did not win the contract. In this case we look
at our offer and discuss together with our supplier how we can be
more competitive next time.

12. Summary
In brief it is 2 steps, first step is to put together the paperwork and the
second step is to send the samples. These 2 steps we have to do 110%
in order to have a realistic chance to win contracts.
