Creation of D2L course or modules to support
academic advising and career services across campus
Course/modules could:
▫ assist in implementation of mandatory advising
▫ accompany introductory courses or be offered as a
one-credit course
▫ complement the PSU Degree Mapping Project
▫ supplement collaboration between Advising &
Career Services and University Studies
▫ allow for assessment of learning outcomes
4. Approach and Strategy
Expand on current online orientation
▫ some material may be more relevant to students
during first year vs. before enrollment
▫ create more videos to make content engaging
▫ allow departments to contribute or modify for
their programs
