operations of their stores – focusing on post collection efforts. Identified opportunities for future enhancements.
Completed 20% more business analyst requirements than originally assigned, while meeting original
due date.

Brooks Instrument is an international company that produces precision flow meters for various industries, from the
semiconductor industry to oil and gas.

Performed analysis on data migration from Agile PLM to TeamCenter PLM to insure no data was lost. Performed
functionality gap analysis between Agile PLM to TeamCenter PLM. Trained Allen site in the use of TeamCenter.
Became TeamCenter champion and subject matter expert. Consolidated two metrology software systems into one
and upgraded them to the latest version.
Migrated metrology software to latest version that showed a cost avoidance of 81%.
Converted Allen facility to TeamCenter and implemented new TeamCenter functionality at corporate
headquarters such that 20% reduction in piece part population could be realized.

CareerConnection assists professionals in networking, career management and placement with companies
throughout the Metroplex. It is the oldest and largest career management and networking organization in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Project Manager
Compared various CRM packages (SalesForce, Bull Horn, etc.) to users’ needs per defined requirements. In
addition, created new analytics, normalized and sanitized data, and new processes and reports. Wrote system
requirements. Implemented enhancements to web site utilizing agile methodology. Performed gap analysis on
web site functionality. Selected developer to create new functionality.
• Implemented increased functionality and more user friendly functions that resulted in 5% more user use
activity and resulted in a cost avoidance of $9600.

International company that produces various products that include aircraft, radar, and space vehicles. This
specific division develops several missiles and fire control systems and operates in a matrix management
environment.
Senior Components Engineer 2006 – 2008
Led team in coordinating and communicating critical component issues, including obsolescence through the use
of MS Project. Identified optional part types to be used. Documented company procedures. Managed project
costs. Mentored junior components engineers to learn the steps and processes to resolve piece part issues.
Cost avoidance of $1M was realized as the result of monitoring parts for obsolescence issues.
Project Manager / Business Analyst 2004 – 2006
Coordinated three projects for simultaneous implementation of logistical custom applications, while using agile
methodology. Kept meetings strictly to identified time limit. Kept track of all enhancements through the use
of MS Project so that all schedules and goals were met. Managed unit testing and acceptance testing of
proposed system. Identified enhancements for the next sprint period with stakeholders and upper managers.
Performed configuration management of enhancements.
Elicited, defined, documented, and scheduled development of 83 logistical enhancements over a one year
period for an internally created software package that supports missile depot activity by utilizing SDLC
methods. Enhancements added functionality to existing system, met stakeholders’ requirements and kept
98% of top enhancements on schedule and bug free.
Obtained funding each year to develop in-house logistical software in a zero based financial environment
and allowed continued development of software.

Project Manager 2001 – 2004
Tested and implemented packaged supply chain management software tool that was implemented
across sites in two different states. Defined process and managed cross-functional team of six to add
new functionality and to normalize, sanitize, and rationalize data, and to have cleansed data it
segregated from the rest of the data. Responded to users’ issues. Launched implementation of supply
chain management software across complete, virtual company campus. Coordinated implementation of
application with other applications through the use of MS Project. Communicate issues and needs of
application back to development teams.
Identified and defined enhancements to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) database that reduced
time required to get information to employees and export data to designated personnel from
approximately four days to same day.
