Dear Representative,
The Avon President’s Recognition Program (PRP) honors excellence and the
Representatives who not only achieve it, but who embody it. The program was
created to recognize the achievements of the top-selling Avon Representatives
and the top Sales Leaders in the Nation. It’s a proud Avon tradition inherent to
our guiding principles.
President’s Club membership is open to an elite group of Representatives
who have the highest standards, set ambitious goals, and use determination
and innovation to reach them. The exclusive benefits of President’s Recognition
Program membership include incremental commissions and Bonus
President’s Points that can be used toward gifts or other amazing incentives.
This year, as we work to align PRP with Global Representative Recognition
in 2015, the cycle has been shorted to 19 campaigns from the traditional 26,
and will run from C-8–C-26 2014. As a result, Sales Achievement Levels will be
adjusted to reflect seven fewer campaigns of achievement opportunities.
We encourage you to aim high, and ever higher, to achieve President’s Club
or above this year—you’ll be in very good company! In addition, you’ll be
an inspiration to your fellow Representatives, and the pride and joy of Avon.

Each year, one Representative is selected to receive Avon’s highest honor. These Representatives personify Avon,
the Company for Women. They are dynamic individuals who are committed to their communities and serve as
role models as they share the Avon Opportunity with others. Avon Women of Enterprise truly embody Avon’s five
Values and build upon Avon’s long heritage of encouraging women’s financial empowerment and entrepreneurship.
For children and grandchildren of President’s Recognition
Program members:
Each year, one-time awards of $2,000 are awarded to high-school seniors planning to enter a full-time
course of study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States.
For All Representatives:
The Avon Foundation offers one-time awards of $1,500 or $2,500 for part-time or full-time studies
leading to a degree or certificate at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university,
or vocational or technical school in the United States.

Eligibility
•	 Top Sellers—President’s Council or Inner Circle.
•	 Top Sales Leaders—Senior Executive Unit Leader—personal sales of President’s Club or higher.
•	 Achievers may attend the National Celebration Trip or receive Points in lieu of attending.
•	 Achievers must be active Avon Representatives in order to attend the trip.
•	 Achievers’ accounts must be in good standing (past due 2 campaigns, no more than $500) at least 4 weeks 	
prior to the trip in order to attend the trip or receive Points if not attending the trip.
•	 Senior Executive Unit Leaders must be performing as SEUL at end of cycle (C-26 2014) and within 4 weeks 	
of the trip to attend the trip, receive awards or receive Points if not attending. Achievers who are “Title at Risk” 	
will not be eligible.
•	 President’s Council members or SEUL may buy-in for a guest to attend.
•	 Inner Circle members and SEULs with personal sales at President’s Council Level earn a free trip for a guest.
National Recognition
Traditional Representatives
•	 Top 20 in the Nation in four Categories: Sales Volume, Sales Increase, Total Unit Sales Volume and 	
Total Unit Sales Increase will be acknowledged and earn a free guest.
•	 Top 10 in the Nation in the above-mentioned four Categories will be recognized onstage.
•	 Top 2 in the Nation and their free guest in the above-mentioned four Categories will fly 	
to the Recognition Event via First Class and receive other amenities.
Island Representatives
(Carnival, Oceanview and Sunshine Divisions)
•	 Top 3 Representatives for Sales Volume, Sales Increase, Total Unit Sales Volume and Total Unit Sales Increase 	
will be recognized onstage. (Free guest is earned by achieving Inner Circle or achieving SEUL with Personal Sales 	
at President’s Council Level.)
LABC Representatives
•	 Top 5 Representatives in the Nation in Sales Volume and Sales Increase will be recognized onstage.
•	 Sales for Home Account and all Store Accounts will be combined.
•	 Free guest is earned by achieving Inner Circle or achieving SEUL with personal sales at President’s Council Level.
•	 Representatives in 1900 Districts may attend the celebration or receive Points if they do not attend. 	
They will compete amongst themselves for #1 in Sales Volume and Sales Increase and will be acknowledged, 	
but will not be recognized on stage.
•	 Achievers may earn awards in multiple categories (for example, #3 Sales Volume in the Nation and 	
#1 Sales in the Nation) and receive recognition and awards for each category earned.
•	 Regardless of the number of awards earned, only one trip and one free guest may be earned.
Guests
•	 Guests must be 18 or older to attend and must be accompanied by the achieving Avon Representative 	
who extended the invitation.
•	 A District Sales Manager, Island Consultant or another PRPC achiever cannot attend as a Representative’s guest.
Co-Applicant
•	 The Celebration Trip is personal to the Avon Representative who is primary on the account. It is nontransferable 	
to anyone other than a co-applicant registered to the account prior to the end of the cycle (C-26 2014).
•	 Only 1 trip is awarded or 1 set of Points per account will be awarded if the trip is not attended. Either the primary	
or the co-applicant can attend unless the co-applicant attends as a buy-in or free guest of the primary.
Travel
•	 Avon will schedule all airline reservations for achievers and free guests. There are no reimbursements for 	
reservations made by achievers on their own.
•	 Achievers share accommodations with their free or buy-in guest or with an achiever if they do not bring a guest.
•	 Achievers and guests are responsible for incidentals, including gratuities, telephone calls, meals, transportation 	
and activities not provided by Avon.
Avon Responsibilities
•	 Avon is not responsible to provide a refund if the achiever or guest is not satisfied with the trip or accommodations.
•	 Avon reserves the right to change the terms or cancel the trip in the event of a natural disaster, political strife or 	
an act of God.
•	 Avon is required by law to file an information form (1099) with the IRS when the value of prizes, travel, awards, 	
bonuses, etc., including President’s Recognition Program awards, totals $600 or more in a year. These amounts 	
are income for tax purposes and any taxes due are the responsibility of the Representative. Points awarded will 	
be reported only when they are redeemed.
•	 Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement	
at any time.
#1 Division Increase  PG. 4
-	 Representatives who have achieved President’s Club, Honor Society, Rose Circle or David H. McConnell Club 	
at the close of the 2014 cycle are eligible for this achievement.
-	 Increase is calculated by comparing prior-year sales to current-year sales for each campaign. For example,
if a Representative is appointed in C-20 2013, the increase comparison would begin in C-20 2014.
-	 Ties will be broken by highest sales volume.
-	 There is no buy-in opportunity or free guest with this achievement.
-	 Winner will share accommodations with another Representative who achieved in this manner.
-	 Regardless of the number of awards/achievements received, only one trip can be earned per qualifier.
-	 LABC Accounts can participate. Accounts will be reviewed separately to calculate sales increase based upon
LOA, as explained above. Then increase/decrease will be combined to determine final increase amount.

Avon Woman of Enterprise recipients must embrace key Avon strategies for growth and development.
AWE must be active and in good standing, with an LOA of at least 5 years. AWE must represent Avon credibly
and as needed in sanctioned speaking engagements, appearances and other publicity.

•	 Avon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these levels and any Sales Leadership requirements 	
at any time.
•	 Recruiting Excellence Awards are based on 1st Generation successful Recruits.
•	 A successful Recruit is one who places a minimum $50 paid order (Award Sales) in their 1st or 2nd campaign 	
(not cumulative). For a Recruit to count in the 2014 PRP cycle, the Recruit’s first paid order of $50 must be
received by C-26 2014. To ensure this, the new Recruit should be appointed by C-24 2014.
sales increase points
To be eligible for Sales Increase Rewards, you must:
•	 Be an established Representative (1 or more years with Avon).
•	 Have an increase in Total Award Sales over the previous cycle’s Award Sales.
•	 Achieve $6,500–$81,999 in Award Sales by the end of the cycle.
•	 If your prior-cycle sales were less than $6,500, you must achieve a sales base of $6,500 in the current cycle 	
(C-8 2014–C-26 2014) to qualify for Rewards.
•	 President’s Points for Sales Increase are awarded at the end of the cycle, after C-26 2014.
•	 Sales Increase Rewards are not cumulative.
•	 Sales Increase Points will compare Award Sales, including Double/Triple Dollars for both current and prior cycles.
Expiration of President’s Points: Depending on your level, President’s Points earned from C-8–C-26 2014 	
will expire one, two or three years after the close of the cycle.
•	 Non-President’s Club members: 6/30/15
•	 President’s Club members: 6/30/16
•	 Honor Society and above: 6/30/17
•	 Spending Account Points carry no expiration date.
•	 Only Spending Account Points can be converted to cash or applied to Avon Account.
•	 Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the Points/Rewards program at any time.

President’s Recognition division gala event
•	 You must be a President’s Club member or above in good standing to attend the President’s Recognition 	
Program Division Gala Event and receive an award.
•	 Sales Leadership Representatives must be President’s Club members or above to attend and be recognized. 	
All personal Award Sales will count toward Total Unit Sales.
•	 Sales Increase Awards are calculated based upon Representative’s increase over prior-year sales. If appointed 	
in C-20 2013, increase calculations begin in C-20 2014. Sales are compared each campaign beginning in 	
C-20 2014 and through the end of the cycle, C-26 2014. Sales in the cycle prior to C-20 are not included 	
in the increase calculation, as there is no base comparison.
•	 Representatives must be President’s Club members and have at least one year of sales history to be eligible 	
for a Sales Increase Award at any level.
•	 Award Sales include all products purchased for resale to Customers and credited at the Customer price, 	
including Avon Apparel and Accessories, plus Representative purchases of brochures, demonstration products,
samples and sales tools.
•	 Crusade items will count toward PRP sales level achievement (not toward sales Leadership bonuses).
•	 Winners of Division or Region Awards are not guaranteed attendance at the President’s Recognition 	
Program Celebration.
•	 Representatives who qualify in more than one category will receive an award for each achievement earned.
•	 LABC Accounts will not participate in District and Division recognition for #1, #2 and #3 Sales Volume Awards; 	
#1, #2 and #3 Sales Increase Awards and Best New Sales Performer Award. The Home Account ONLY will be 	
able to compete for these awards. However, to determine the Jewelry and Gift Level to be awarded at Division 	
Gala Events and for recognition at PRPC, LABC and Home Accounts will be combined and the combined sales 	
level will determine the Sales Achievement Level, which will be designated on the Home Account.
•	 LABC Accounts are expected to reflect LABC sales. If sales are higher in the Home Account or not proportional 	
to reflect LABC sales, Avon reserves the right to recognize achievement in the appropriate category or 	
not recognize at all.
•	 Representatives in 1900 Districts are eligible for all level privileges but will not attend President’s Recognition 	
Program Division Gala Event or participate in District, Division, Region or National awards. Representatives in 	
1900 Districts will participate in recognition among other 1900 Representatives at PRPC.
•	 Recognition level gifts are cumulative for Sales Achievement levels. Recognition level gifts for AUL, EUL and 	
SEUL are for highest title at close of cycle only and do not accumulate. Representative may receive a gift for 	
sales achievement level and for highest Leadership title achievement.
•	 In the event you are removed or cease to function as an Avon Representative, you will have 30 days in which 	
to redeem Points remaining in your account, provided your account is paid in full.
•	 Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement	
at any time.
•	 Avon will conduct Award Sales reviews and reduce unearned Award Sales to ensure the integrity of the program.

  • 12. rulesregulations 2014 President’s Recognition Program Celebration Eligibility • Top Sellers—President’s Council or Inner Circle. • Top Sales Leaders—Senior Executive Unit Leader—personal sales of President’s Club or higher. • Achievers may attend the National Celebration Trip or receive Points in lieu of attending. • Achievers must be active Avon Representatives in order to attend the trip. • Achievers’ accounts must be in good standing (past due 2 campaigns, no more than $500) at least 4 weeks prior to the trip in order to attend the trip or receive Points if not attending the trip. • Senior Executive Unit Leaders must be performing as SEUL at end of cycle (C-26 2014) and within 4 weeks of the trip to attend the trip, receive awards or receive Points if not attending. Achievers who are “Title at Risk” will not be eligible. • President’s Council members or SEUL may buy-in for a guest to attend. • Inner Circle members and SEULs with personal sales at President’s Council Level earn a free trip for a guest. National Recognition Traditional Representatives • Top 20 in the Nation in four Categories: Sales Volume, Sales Increase, Total Unit Sales Volume and Total Unit Sales Increase will be acknowledged and earn a free guest. • Top 10 in the Nation in the above-mentioned four Categories will be recognized onstage. • Top 2 in the Nation and their free guest in the above-mentioned four Categories will fly to the Recognition Event via First Class and receive other amenities. Island Representatives (Carnival, Oceanview and Sunshine Divisions) • Top 3 Representatives for Sales Volume, Sales Increase, Total Unit Sales Volume and Total Unit Sales Increase will be recognized onstage. (Free guest is earned by achieving Inner Circle or achieving SEUL with Personal Sales at President’s Council Level.) LABC Representatives • Top 5 Representatives in the Nation in Sales Volume and Sales Increase will be recognized onstage. • Sales for Home Account and all Store Accounts will be combined. • Free guest is earned by achieving Inner Circle or achieving SEUL with personal sales at President’s Council Level. • Representatives in 1900 Districts may attend the celebration or receive Points if they do not attend. They will compete amongst themselves for #1 in Sales Volume and Sales Increase and will be acknowledged, but will not be recognized on stage. • Achievers may earn awards in multiple categories (for example, #3 Sales Volume in the Nation and #1 Sales in the Nation) and receive recognition and awards for each category earned. • Regardless of the number of awards earned, only one trip and one free guest may be earned. Guests • Guests must be 18 or older to attend and must be accompanied by the achieving Avon Representative who extended the invitation. • A District Sales Manager, Island Consultant or another PRPC achiever cannot attend as a Representative’s guest. Co-Applicant • The Celebration Trip is personal to the Avon Representative who is primary on the account. It is nontransferable to anyone other than a co-applicant registered to the account prior to the end of the cycle (C-26 2014). • Only 1 trip is awarded or 1 set of Points per account will be awarded if the trip is not attended. Either the primary or the co-applicant can attend unless the co-applicant attends as a buy-in or free guest of the primary. Travel • Avon will schedule all airline reservations for achievers and free guests. There are no reimbursements for reservations made by achievers on their own. • Achievers share accommodations with their free or buy-in guest or with an achiever if they do not bring a guest. • Achievers and guests are responsible for incidentals, including gratuities, telephone calls, meals, transportation and activities not provided by Avon. Avon Responsibilities • Avon is not responsible to provide a refund if the achiever or guest is not satisfied with the trip or accommodations. • Avon reserves the right to change the terms or cancel the trip in the event of a natural disaster, political strife or an act of God. • Avon is required by law to file an information form (1099) with the IRS when the value of prizes, travel, awards, bonuses, etc., including President’s Recognition Program awards, totals $600 or more in a year. These amounts are income for tax purposes and any taxes due are the responsibility of the Representative. Points awarded will be reported only when they are redeemed. • Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement at any time. #1 Division Increase  PG. 4 - Representatives who have achieved President’s Club, Honor Society, Rose Circle or David H. McConnell Club at the close of the 2014 cycle are eligible for this achievement. - Increase is calculated by comparing prior-year sales to current-year sales for each campaign. For example, if a Representative is appointed in C-20 2013, the increase comparison would begin in C-20 2014. - Ties will be broken by highest sales volume. - There is no buy-in opportunity or free guest with this achievement. - Winner will share accommodations with another Representative who achieved in this manner. - Regardless of the number of awards/achievements received, only one trip can be earned per qualifier. - LABC Accounts can participate. Accounts will be reviewed separately to calculate sales increase based upon LOA, as explained above. Then increase/decrease will be combined to determine final increase amount. • Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement at any time. Avon WomAn of Enterprise (AWE)  PG. 11 Avon Woman of Enterprise recipients must embrace key Avon strategies for growth and development. AWE must be active and in good standing, with an LOA of at least 5 years. AWE must represent Avon credibly and as needed in sanctioned speaking engagements, appearances and other publicity. • Avon Woman of Enterprise current-cycle achiever may have a free guest at PRPC. sales leadership • Click on the Sales Leadership link at yourAVON.com to find the Sales Leadership Bonus Chart and details about our Sales Leadership program, Jump Start. • Click on the Sales Leadership link at yourAVON.com to find Avon Policies for Independent Sales Representatives for an explanation of policies and an understanding of Avon’s terms. • Avon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these levels and any Sales Leadership requirements at any time. • Recruiting Excellence Awards are based on 1st Generation successful Recruits. • A successful Recruit is one who places a minimum $50 paid order (Award Sales) in their 1st or 2nd campaign (not cumulative). For a Recruit to count in the 2014 PRP cycle, the Recruit’s first paid order of $50 must be received by C-26 2014. To ensure this, the new Recruit should be appointed by C-24 2014. sales increase points To be eligible for Sales Increase Rewards, you must: • Be an established Representative (1 or more years with Avon). • Have an increase in Total Award Sales over the previous cycle’s Award Sales. • Achieve $6,500–$81,999 in Award Sales by the end of the cycle. • If your prior-cycle sales were less than $6,500, you must achieve a sales base of $6,500 in the current cycle (C-8 2014–C-26 2014) to qualify for Rewards. • President’s Points for Sales Increase are awarded at the end of the cycle, after C-26 2014. • Sales Increase Rewards are not cumulative. • Sales Increase Points will compare Award Sales, including Double/Triple Dollars for both current and prior cycles. Expiration of President’s Points: Depending on your level, President’s Points earned from C-8–C-26 2014 will expire one, two or three years after the close of the cycle. • Non-President’s Club members: 6/30/15 • President’s Club members: 6/30/16 • Honor Society and above: 6/30/17 • Spending Account Points carry no expiration date. • Only Spending Account Points can be converted to cash or applied to Avon Account. • Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the Points/Rewards program at any time. 12 President’s Recognition division gala event • You must be a President’s Club member or above in good standing to attend the President’s Recognition Program Division Gala Event and receive an award. • Sales Leadership Representatives must be President’s Club members or above to attend and be recognized. All personal Award Sales will count toward Total Unit Sales. • Sales Increase Awards are calculated based upon Representative’s increase over prior-year sales. If appointed in C-20 2013, increase calculations begin in C-20 2014. Sales are compared each campaign beginning in C-20 2014 and through the end of the cycle, C-26 2014. Sales in the cycle prior to C-20 are not included in the increase calculation, as there is no base comparison. • Representatives must be President’s Club members and have at least one year of sales history to be eligible for a Sales Increase Award at any level. • Award Sales include all products purchased for resale to Customers and credited at the Customer price, including Avon Apparel and Accessories, plus Representative purchases of brochures, demonstration products, samples and sales tools. • Crusade items will count toward PRP sales level achievement (not toward sales Leadership bonuses). • Winners of Division or Region Awards are not guaranteed attendance at the President’s Recognition Program Celebration. • Representatives who qualify in more than one category will receive an award for each achievement earned. • LABC Accounts will not participate in District and Division recognition for #1, #2 and #3 Sales Volume Awards; #1, #2 and #3 Sales Increase Awards and Best New Sales Performer Award. The Home Account ONLY will be able to compete for these awards. However, to determine the Jewelry and Gift Level to be awarded at Division Gala Events and for recognition at PRPC, LABC and Home Accounts will be combined and the combined sales level will determine the Sales Achievement Level, which will be designated on the Home Account. • LABC Accounts are expected to reflect LABC sales. If sales are higher in the Home Account or not proportional to reflect LABC sales, Avon reserves the right to recognize achievement in the appropriate category or not recognize at all. • Representatives in 1900 Districts are eligible for all level privileges but will not attend President’s Recognition Program Division Gala Event or participate in District, Division, Region or National awards. Representatives in 1900 Districts will participate in recognition among other 1900 Representatives at PRPC. • Recognition level gifts are cumulative for Sales Achievement levels. Recognition level gifts for AUL, EUL and SEUL are for highest title at close of cycle only and do not accumulate. Representative may receive a gift for sales achievement level and for highest Leadership title achievement. • In the event you are removed or cease to function as an Avon Representative, you will have 30 days in which to redeem Points remaining in your account, provided your account is paid in full. • Avon reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the terms of this program and any recognition requirement at any time. • Avon will conduct Award Sales reviews and reduce unearned Award Sales to ensure the integrity of the program.
