2. Matter is anything that takes up space and weight! The states of matter include; solid,liquid, gas, plasma and Bose-Einstein Condensates. All states of matter are made up of atoms. An atom is like a building block. It makes up everything you see! Each state of matter has a different patterns of atoms. The different patterns of atoms are what make the states of matter so much different than each other. What is Matter?
