As a leader I am going to strive to be as aware as possible of my

Assess all potential parties and ensure that complacence in
decision making is not due to Groupthink.

Companies must remain organized and have a leader that has a
high level of flexibility.
As distributed work environments become more prevalent so will
cultural differences that need to be addressed by a leader.
Leaders & subordinates will be increasingly required to be aware of
cultural differences & address them appropriately.
