City’s stormwater runoff
• Stormwater runoff increases river flows which causes
undercutting of banks, sloughing and erosion
• Bank erosion contributes significantly to Total
Suspended Solids (TSS) in water (cloudy or “turbid”
appearance)
• Decreased water quality, degradation of aquatic
habitat and increased flooding

• Total Change Order Request: $687,460.06
• Total additional construction time: 105 days

design work for the renovation of the 29th Street
