The new Penrose Library construction at the University of Denver is nearing completion in January 2013 after several delays. Many construction workers are still working hard to finish the project by spring break. In the meantime, students have been using a temporary library in the Governor's Ballroom and studying in other buildings like the Daniels College of Business and Morgridge School of Education. Once completed, the new library will be environmentally friendly with large windows and copper siding, and will offer individual study spaces and amenities for students.
