Much of current data is geared to higher level of college &
university programs of study – pre-college resources need to be
expanded

Branding as a trusted source - resource expansion and access
needed to reduce risk of infringement abuse and plagiarism
Tied to computer access – still fragments of global and domestic
users with no computer, internet, or easy access to either
Marketing – data expansion and technology need to keep pace with
amassing new and existing users
