VEST BALLISTIC STABILITY
“Fenix” products are the world’s only aramid body armor vests with a three-fold guaranteed
service life (storage).

1 – package of the front damper; 2 – package of slow deceleration; 3 – package of hard
deceleration; 4 – rear package of high-density material; 5 – punched part; 6 – part of the
effective deceleration.

Technical characteristics of electronic tags
Due to the Bauman MSTU know-how technology, the exclusive technical indicator of
the functional injury prevention of the product for the blunt trauma at the conditional
defeat (no penetration) has been certified under the existing standard as "minor injuries"
(the trauma is below the 1st severity level GOST
R50744 -95).
Our body armor vests ensure operational injury prevention referred to the
compression trauma of the spine and shoulder girdle due to constructive implemented
power
unloading
during
a
long-term
continuous
wearing.
Thus, our body armor vests have technical support for guaranteeing the ballistic
resistance for the stated period of operation on the basis of the initial ballistic resource.
Based on the structure of the affecting factors of high-explosive ammunition under the
real conditions of counter-terrorism, the soft armor packages in our body armor vests in
the area of the general protection have enhanced resistance to hitting by actual full-scale
ammunition fragments: RGO (defensive hand grenade), RGN (manual offensive grenade )
, VOG- 25 (rifle grenades for AK-74), and also have the reliable estimates of the levels of
protection
based
on
the
fragmentation
explosive
tests.
These mentioned quality indicators of protective properties are documented in the
regulatory documents (Certificate of Conformity and medical-biological conclusion on the
injury prevention) and reflected in the official awards of Russian State Standard:

Manufacturing of products is carried out in accordance with the officially-approved
documentation and on the basis of a valid license for the right to manufacture WME
(weapons and military equipment) No. 8133-A-BT-P dated 08.05.2008 and the valid
Certificate of Quality of the Management for the quality of manufacturing with the number
No.BP02.1.3294-2010
dated 21.06.2010 Certification System "MILITARY REGISTER".
The established products have official state status of the adoption on the service
introduction by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated
28.09.2007 No.624 and by the Government order dated 28.09.2007 No.1310.
The products have been certified for serial production (Certificate No. 0853720 from
20.03.2013 from the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology).

Concealed body armor vest “Kora-Fenix” in the injurysafe performance
“Kora-Fenix” product
The body armor vest is designed to protect the body
according to the level of injury prevention (below the 1st
severity level) in the defeat with cold, firearms, pieces of
explosive devices in accordance with a special one, 1-5
classes
GOST R50744-95
The product has a one-section arrangement of the
carrier with an armhole for putting it on over the head
and with the side clasps “Velkro” of the front and back
edges. In the carriers the packages of ballistic fabric of
the front edge and the back edge with hard armor
plates in the interlayer pockets are connected with
shoulder clasps “Velkro”.
The product design allows for unloading of the shoulder
and vertebral parts of the person from the effect of the
weight of wearable equipment, ensuring natural
ventilation of under-vest space.
Special, 1–5 class (according to GOST R50744-95),
standard splinter V50 ≥ 550 m/s (according to GOST
R50744-95); regulation according to the real highexplosive ammunition: grenade OF-1, VOG-25, 82-mm
OF mortar ammunition, 122-mm artillery shell.
