 You will learn the basic knowledge and skills
needed to answer the question
 You will select from the knowledge and skills
learned to complete the Project Plan.
 Analyze available information and determine how
it applies to your own problem. Imagine
alternatives. Decide if you need additional
information.
 Propose a solution and develop a project
 Determine what other knowledge or information
might help you, if you could get it.
