  • 4. What is iNSIST? Data transfer application that exports data from State Health Datacenters to the NNSGRC’s NNSIS website. See the NNSIS site at http://www2.uthscsa.edu/nnsis/
  • 6. Who is the Project Manager? Over 12 years project management experience Lead several large scale projects: Contentville launch, Inside.com migration, WebMD Health Portal migration Multiple Web/Client Technologies Member PMI, PMILIC PMP Certified (since April 25, 2006)
  • 7. Project Constraints Neometrics systems could not be changed NNSIS system could not be changed No additional infrastructure System must be highly configurable, work with non-Neometrics applications Time/Cost
  • 8. Project Risks - Threats Project Manager and QA only part time Single point of failure for each team position (DBA, Developer, Project Manager, QA) Limited UAT testing Need to attach to different data schemas databases types
