4. David Sokoloski ‐ President/CEO
David has worked on many award‐winning projects
throughout his career. He began as a draftsman in
1984 and was soon responsible for the mechanical
design of Daniel S. Frawley Stadium (Class A
affiliate of the Kansas City Royals) in Wilmington,
DE. He is also responsible for the design of the
Lion Habitat at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV,
Neiman Marcus remodel at the Fashion Show Mall
in Las Vegas, NV and the Ritz‐Carlton Resort in Lake
Las Vegas, NV.
Mr. Sokoloski is active in a number of organizations
including, but not limited to, the American Society
of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning
Engineers (ASHRAE), Nevada ENERGY
STAR® Partners and the UNLV College of
Engineering Advisory Committee. David treats

Richard is a Partner and founding member of
Pinnacle Engineering, LLC. Mr. Sokoloski specializes
in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design as
well as project management and construction
coordination. Prior to partnering with David at
Pinnacle Engineering, LLC, Mr. Sokoloski was
sole proprietor of a consulting engineering firm
based in Delaware for 18 years. During that time,
he was responsible for over 1500 projects. Mr.
Sokoloski received his Mechanical Engineering
Degree from Pennsylvania State University.

David has more than twenty years of experience in HVAC and plumbing
engineering.
Ritz‐Carlton Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, NV
Representative Projects
Lead mechanical designer and construction administrator for this hotel
project. The cornerstone of the $500 million Montelago Village, the
Mediterranean‐themed Ritz‐Carlton features 349 guest rooms, including
35 suites and two 2,400‐square‐foot Ritz‐Carlton suites. The Ritz‐Carlton
project was given a Nevada Top Project award by Southwest Contractor
Magazine (2003). David also was lead designer and construction
administrator for the 20,000 sq. ft. of convention space, a 40,000 sq. ft.
casino and a 25,000 sq. ft. spa, which is part of the Ritz‐
Carlton/Montelago Village project.
MGM Grand Lion Habitat, Las Vegas, NV
Lead mechanical/plumbing designer and construction administrator on
the $9 million, 5,345 square‐foot Lion Habitat. The habitat opened with a
variety of lions including Goldie Metro, and Baby Lion, a direct
descendent of MGM Studios' famous signature marquee lion, Metro.
Guests can be encircled in a 3,000 square foot queuing area surrounded
by lions at any time via a see‐through, walk‐way tunnel that runs through
the Habitat, allowing lions to prowl above and below. At any given time
there may be up to five lions in the habitat. MGM Grand has an alliance
with the University of Minnesota Lion Research Center and its renowned
director, Dr. Craig Packer. MGM Grand has formed a working partnership
with the Lion Research Center that committed $100,000 in grants to help
fund Dr. Packer’s lion preservation programs in Africa.

Served as lead mechanical designer and construction administrator for
over $200 Million of Mechanical/Plumbing installations for the 1998
Prototype Elementary Schools as head construction administrator for a
Nevada consulting engineering firm.

Engineering, LLC and coordinates the contract deliverables of the
mechanical, plumbing and electrical departments. Richard has more
than forty‐five years of experience in mechanical, plumbing and electrical
engineering and has worked on a wide range of projects, including
chemical plants, oil refineries, clean rooms, shopping centers,
restaurants, office buildings, baseball stadiums, condominium buildings,
manufacturing plants and apartment buildings.
Barclay’s Bank Office Building (Christina Crescent), Wilmington, DE
Representative Projects
Lead mechanical engineer and construction administrator for this
280,000 square foot, six story office building. This award winning
building, designed with green design elements, is the centerpiece of the
Riverfront District of Wilmington, Delaware. Completed in mid 2007,
Barclays Bank occupies 257,000 square feet, while the ground floor of the
building is utilized as leased retail space.
Bethany Bay Resort, Bethany Beach, DE
Richard was lead mechanical engineer for this high‐end resort
community and golf club located on the shore of the Indian River Bay in
beautiful Bethany Beach, Delaware. Located in a friendly, inviting
neighborhood amidst 200 acres of protected natural wonderland, there is
every amenity of a luxury living retreat, along with the convenience of a
quot;close‐to‐everythingquot; location.
DuPont Chemical Company, Wilmington, DE
Served as lead mechanical engineer for multiple projects for DuPont
Chemical Company including, but not limited to, laboratories, clean
rooms and office complexes.
