The human body is an evolution of survival. Constantly changing and adapting to our environment
our bodies are truly amazing. While responding to a particular stimulus very well in the beginning
our bodies will slowly start to become immune to any prolonged, unchanged stimulus. To build
muscle and burn fat it is necessary to constantly change that stimulus.

imbalance.

A good diet is the corner stone of any successful fitness program. Without it you will never achieve
fantastic results. With a good balanced meal plan you allow yourself the best possible chance for
success. You can eat just about anything you want without going out of your mind from carb
deprivation.

Weight training and cardiovascular training should be added to any fitness program for maximum
results.
