2. Participating Artists: “The empathy of these art composers enrich the nuances of whatever they observe
directly or via the cogitating consciousness. Such psychic quality is seen in the
Bhim Malhotra compositions of the meditative, Rajiv Ranjan, as in the richly decorative mudras of
Manas Ranjan Jena, in the feminine coy beauty of Kumar Singha and Pijush Kanti Bera,
Kumar Singha and in the moving workings of Ranjeet Singh, dwelling compassionately on the waifs
floating for survival in the big cities of India. Artist Bhim Malhotra presents not figurative
Manas Ranjan Jena but the innocence of pristine nature feelingly. None of these painters are imitative of each
other. Each appears linked to his own stream of thought.
