7. Employee Benefit Plan Audits
Our Firm has a wealth of experience in auditing a variety of
employee benefit plans including defined benefit plans, defined
contribution plans and welfare benefit plans. We are a member of
the AICPA Employee Benefit Audit Quality Center which allows our
Firm to achieve the highest standards in performing quality
employee benefit plan audits. We also assist our clients in tax
reporting and compliance issues as they arise.

8. FAR Overhead Rate Audits
Our Firm has a national practice in performing FAR overhead rate audits
and related consulting services for architectural and engineering (“A/E”)
firms. Our growth in this area is a result of an increased focus on properly
calculated and audited FAR overhead rates under the guise of the new
AASHTO Uniform Audit & Accounting Guide.
We currently conduct FAR overhead rate audits for clients who contract
with dozens of Federal and state agencies and have also been engaged by
the New York State Department of Transportation (“NYSDOT”) to perform
contract audits of A/E firms.
