6. To Enter a New Customer into your Address Book. Go to Customer Manage Locations DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING HERE Click here to get started.

7. Step 1: Enter Company Name Step 2: Enter Company Address

8. Step 3: Enter ALL Contact Information

9. Step 4: DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING INTO THESE FIELDS

10. Step 5: Enter receiving hours Click “Save Location”

11. To book a shipment: Step 1: Enter Origination and Destination Information. If you are shipping from a different location, Click “Clear” Click here to access Address Book.

12. To Locate your address book Click clear on the previous screen, and then click on the “Magnify Glass” next to clear. Your entire address book will populate here! Select a company here

13. Click on the Magnify Glass

14. Click on the item you are shipping. We can add all of your products here for quick access. Select any additional services. Enter the rest of your shipment details. Enter your NMFC # to avoid reclassification of your freight.

15. Enter Special Instructions. Select the carrier you prefer to use. Origin & Destination terminals: Direct (D) or Indirect (I) service center

16. Click the box agreeing to the terms and conditions. The next box will darken and allow you to proceed to the BOL. ***Your shipment is now booked and has been scheduled with the carrier***

17. To Print Your BOL:Scroll down to Customer Manage Shipments. Select the last shipment you booked by clicking on the Blue BOL number

18. Click on “Print” and your BOL will pop-up.

19. To Print a Quote:Next to “Select a Document,” select “Quote Form 1”

20. Your Quote sheet will appear with your quoted price. You can Print or Save this quote.

21. ALL OF YOUR SHIPMENTS AUTO-ARCHIVED Select any date range, click find, and all of your past shipments will populate here for future reference.

22. Tracking Your Shipments Under the Events tab, you can trace your shipment. The carriers send us electronic updates in reference to your PRO #.

23. Density Calculator

24. Enter only 1 piece at a time to get an accurate class. The density calculator is primarily used by customers that ship with Central Transport. [They base class strictly off of the density of a shipment.]
