ers. Much of what we do is not readily
obvious, because good security should
protect without being an obstacle to

able employees to learn wherever they
are and whenever they want, with scre-
encasts and interactive online lessons.
• Cross Training/Social Learning Situations – We
encourage employees to engage each other
in knowledge share discussions, brown bag
lunches, inter-company learning summits, etc.
• Development – We work with subject matter
experts to determine where learning gaps exist
and how to fill said gaps. Training materials
