As teachers we all have an enormous responsibility......every single day; we take on the important task of nurturing the impressionable minds of future generations. But what does it take to be an outstanding teacher? What does "peak performance" look like for an educator? In particular, what skills, attitudes and beliefs are helpful to us if we want to be the best teachers we can be? • Most of all, the self-reliance that comes from understanding that relentless hard work can be
applied to solve problems worth solving.
