2. Who do we serve?
Our customer base includes all of Canada. We
deal with all of the major shipping companies to
get your instruments back to you as quick as
possible.
Our On-Site Calibration Services are narrowed
down to the Greater Toronto Area.

3. What type of calibrations do you offer?
We offer 2 types of calibrations.
• Traceable (to NIST)
• ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited

4. Traceable Calibration
Our Traceable Calibrations are traceable to NIST. This
calibration comes with a certificate of calibration, the
calculation sheet and a sticker identifying your certificate
number and due date.
All our traceable calibrations are performed in our
ISO 17025 Accredited Laboratory where the temperature
and the relative humidity is measured on every calibrations
to make sure all measurements are accurate.

5. ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration
Our accredited calibration services are available either
on-site or in-lab for your convenience. This calibration
is also traceable to NIST but offers a narrower tollerance.
The calculations for this type of calibration requires 3
measurements instead of 1 to make sure the uncertainty
requirements are met.
With this calibration you get a 17025 accredited certificate,
your calculation sheet and a sticker with your certificate
number and due date.

Our Laboratory is certified by A2LA.

7. ISO 9001:2008 Certification
We also operate within the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
