3. Restore Data after crash: Step 1 : Reinstall HDD & OS . Step 2 : Connect External HDD to system and Select Database storage location as “G: folder (here “G” is External HDD Drive) Step 3 : Reinstall StoreGrid , During installation StoreGrid the StoreGrid ID should be same as before . Step 4 : After installing StoreGrid, choose the option not to start StoreGrid immediately. Step 5 : Delete the “ C:rogram FilesembutoreGrid databpopulation.txt” file in the now completed fresh StoreGrid installation. Step 6 : Now Start StoreGrid in your Laptop. Step 7 : Now all the backup schedule will be displayed automatically in Backup -> List Backup Schedules .To recover the backup data click Restore ->List Backups for Restore. Step 8 : Click on Restore option on appropriate schedule to restore data. “ Restore Backup Data” screen will be appear. Step 9 : Now on “Restore Backup Data” screen select the data you want to restore , type Password for That schedule & click to “Restore to Original Location” You will get your old data and backup process will be continue as scheduled time.
5. Scenario 2 Following 25 systems connected in Network. Their data backup scenario is as below. Also this system will store total backup data in another system Client & Server User 2 Win 2K3 This Systems will store backup to “SITE60 ” Client User 3 Win2K This Systems will store backup to “SITE60 ” Client Users WinXP All these systems will store their backup to “SITE60” Client Server WinXP This System will store backup to “SITE60 ” . Also “SITE60” system stores total backup data in this system Client & Server

8. Easy Restore Step 1 : select the server to which you were backing up and proceed to restore your old configurations. How to get here in the StoreGrid Web Console? In the top menu, select: " Restore-> Disaster Recovery "
