In some cases through a bricolage of desktop and network tools (e.g. toolbars, rss feeds, social networking sites, search engines, etc); in some cases through prefabricated workflow environments (e.g. course management systems, ...).
Who will care and or has influence over whether KC succeeds? Where should the KC reach out into their world?
Get them at orientation; giveaways; Use text messages, volunteer at student events, at new student week activities, Freshman book activities.
