- In the days before digital, it was easy. Everything was paper based and documents could be easily hung on the wall or spread across a table for all to see. In today’s world, information is stored on laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could work with all these digital sources in a classroom or meeting room just like you work with documents and books at an office desk? You open a book, roll out a plan, put it aside to add some calculations or spreadsheets…
- But In our digital world, things are not that simple. Combining different digital information sources for a group to work with takes a lot of effort. Switching from one PC source to another PC source and arranging them in a meaningfull way is a hassle. Adding mobile devices into the mix, a sheer nightmare. From a technical perspective, you need a huge amount of gear. From a useability point of view, you better hope all the participants in your meetings have a PhD in engineering in order to operate the technology. How can these issues be resolved? 2. The system handles the automatically arranged sources, but offers alternative views on the right side of the interface. This allows you do easily re-arrange sources with one button click. The presenter is in full control as the system comes default with a moderation function enabled. Your participants cannot push information to the screen without your consent.
