FACTORS TO DEVELOP PERSONALITY persistence: persistence is consistency,steadiness.and its continuing even in adverse circumstances failing, learning and doing again and again until one succeeds in the Endeavour. persistence is not only a thought it is the habit of taking action. through persistence you get success and with success you may even start to like your present dislikes empathy:it is the ability to put oneself into another person's situation and treat people the way you would like to be treated if you were them and more over it creates understanding. rationality: To be successful in life, some decisions have to be taken logically and reasonably to win in life.

Positive and Negative conditioning I have learnt to unlearn self destruction behavior and learn positive behavior e.g. - fear it can be unlearned Resistance to change –I was always safe in my comfort zone but now, I learnt that doesn’t work any more and so shifted or came out of comfort zone Discipline and commitment – it was tough but now I am disciplined and have committed to work Positive attitude – breaking and replacing old habits with new positive one
13. Time management Time management is nothing but the person should utilize the given time in a proper way to produce a positive results and rejecting those activities which either waste time or produce negative results.

Barriers that we came across for managing time efficiently likes and dislikes: peoples tend to do things which they like instead of do things which are important. such an attitude always leaves important work unfinished to produce negative results in life. Lack of discipline: success in life cannot be achieved without discipline. a disciplined person is also a good time manager. Procrastination: it is the negative habit of putting things off for a later time i.e. postponing the work Weak interest in life: therefore it produces weak personalities and poor time managers. Improper reference groups: a negative reference group will never allow productive activities to be performed

16. Importance of time: Time is a special resource that you cannot store or save it for a later use every one has the exact same amount of time of each day. Time once used cannot be retrieved. Through time management you can' the time you need, & not jus wait for it to come . By planning your time wisely , you will have more time to do more things.
17. How individual can be a better planner in terms of time management? Keep everything in writing i.e. by using planner or diary and decide what is most important and do that first don't do things based on your likes and dislikes do the things first which is most important and useful. stop keeping works pending and postponing do the most difficult job first

22. Honesty as a Leadership Quality People want to follow an honest leader. Years ago, many employees started out by assuming that their leadership was honest simply because the authority of their position. With modern scandals, this is no longer true. When you start a leadership position, you need to assume that people will think you are a little dishonest. In order to be seen as an honest individual, you will have to go out of your way to display honesty. People will not assume you are honest simply because you have never been caught lying.
23. Forward-Looking as a Leadership Trait The whole point of leadership is figuring out where to go from where you are now. While you may know where you want to go, people won’t see that unless you actively communicate it with them. Remember, these traits aren’t just things you need to have, they are things you need to actively display to those around you. When people do not consider their leader forward-looking, that leader is usually suffering from one of two possible problems: The leader doesn’t have a forward-looking vision. The leader is unwilling or scared to share the vision with others.
