• Sysadmins who have an understanding of how networks work,
including DHCP, DNS, and IP routing, or…
• Network admins who have an appreciation for the nature of the
application traffic flowing across the wires, or even…
• Software engineers who have a bit understanding about how IP
subnetting works and what is ‘lsof’ command stands for.

9. WHAT MAKESYOU STILL HERE
• AWS charges us almost everything, we need system architect!

• Linux is still need to be optimized based on apps.
• As a gate keeper, clean keeper & security person.
• Overall, if you are not around, then who will be blamed if

• Never think that your role is impossible to replace. Remember that
we've seen this happen before - in manufacturing!

Administrator - akin to a physician: doing assessment, diagnosis, and
treatment.
