I. Describe that hotel
Considered the most impressive hotel in Hue, the GOLD hotel is located in the
heart center of the ancient city. The hotel offers stunning views of the legendary
Perfume River, Ngu Binh Mountain, panorama of Liberty Stadium, Thanh Lam
field and famous Trang Tien Bridge.

rooms hotel is specially equipped with the lasted equipment and offers luxurious
comfort. Four dining outlets including Gold restaurant on second floor, Gold Bar
on terrace, AE Restaurant on 8th floor and Pool bar on 4th floor.

II. Types of staff in a hotel:
1. The Directorof the hotel: Steering things like hotel operations from small
to large, statement financial , setting out rules for the management of human
resources, management of sales room rate and room availability, food
regional , ...
2. Front desk staff: The classification of
services for guests to use the hotel as the
registration or check- out room , choose
a room suitable for your requirements.

new to the their rooms, luggage, said

4. Organizer the seminars: Planning for
conferences, special events of all scale.

customers: Helping clients with their requirements as set the table for
dinner, buy concerttickets or help them chooseand travel tours book.

III. Types of room in a hotel
Hotels offer a variety of room layouts to meet the needs of travellers. In almost all
room types, the most basic accommodations include the following:
1. Standard Room: This category usually means the most basic room type
offered by the hotel. It has basic, standard amenities and furnishings. A standard
room at a 5-star hotel is without question much more deluxe than a standard room
in a 2-star hotel.
2. Moderate Room:Usually a little better than standard, but still not deluxe.
The moderate room may offer a better view and the type of furnishings than the
standard room.
3. Superior Room:Hotels use the superior category to mean superior to a
standard room in both size and furnishings, but it can also refer to just the view and
location of the room.
4. Deluxe Room: View, location, upgraded furnishings and décor, and size
are deluxe in every way. In some hotels there are extra facilities that include
upgraded complimentary bathroom products, a spacious writing desk,
complimentary flowers, and bathrobes. In some Caribbean and European hotels in
the 4- and 5-star categories, a deluxe room is sometimes a lower category than a
superior room type.
5. Executive Room : Designed to provide a more luxurious atmosphere
similar to both superior and deluxe rooms.
6. Studio: A large room that includes a combined living and bedroomarea
and usually a small kitchen or kitchenette.
7. Junior Suite: Typically a larger room with a separate seating area.
8. Suite: Usually two or more rooms clearly defined: a bedroomand a living
or sitting room with a dividing door. At times, a suite can offer a balcony, lanai or
patio.
