1. MACARONI WITH TOMATO GRATIN
Ingredients
200 gr of macaroni
100 ml of tomato sauce
1 tomato
2 cloves of garlic
Cheese for gratin
Oregano
Pepper
Salt

2.  First, we heat the oven.
 Second, we cook the macaroni with water and salt.
 Third, when the pasta is hot we rinse the macaroni and
set them aside.
 Fourth, we start with the tomato sauce. In a pan, we peel
the tomato and cut it into small slices. We add the garlic,
oregano, salt and pepper.
 Fifth, we mix the ingredients and add the pasta, later we
add the cheese for gratin.
 Finally, we put the macaroni in the oven for 5 or 8
minutes.
