Title of Project: Net Support School: Classroom Management

Brief Description of Project
(List objectives and describe benefits to students)
NetSupport School is a class leading training software solution, providing Teachers with the ability to
instruct, monitor and interact with their Students either individually, as a pre-defined group or to the
overall class.
This program helps in combining advanced classroom PC monitoring, real-time Presentation and
Annotation tools, with an innovative customized Testing suite, Internet and Application control, real-
time audio monitoring, automated Lesson Plans, Printer Management, Instant Messenger control,
Content Monitoring and Desktop Security, this software rises to the challenge and requirements of
today's modern classroom.

Budget
(Describe how the money will be used)
We have 16 computers in the media center and we will use 10 laptops for this program to
make a class set. Each station costs us $15.00 and $3.00 dollars annual fees. The total will be
$18.00 * 26= $468.00
This is a great resource because it will help the teachers and media specialist monitor and
guide students. Total: __$ 468.00___

Evaluation Plan
(Briefly describe how you will evaluate the project)
Net support School system would allow users to view, restart and shutdown pupil
PCs. The emphasis is primarily to have a thumbnail of all the pupils PCs allowing
teachers to establish whether work is being completed.
In the Classroom Teachers have the ability to block the use of PCs while
teaching ensuring Students are paying full attention to the lesson, also Teachers
are able to send lesson documents directly to Students. Since monitoring the use
of PCs and restricting Internet access we have found Students are much more
focused on their Schoolwork.
It will benefit by increasing level of awareness our teachers will gain when it
comes to student activity on the computers. With the presence of this new
awareness, we immediately noticed a significant drop in the number of students
who get off task during class. The features that could be most beneficial are the
Current Application list and the Running Applications list. With these two lists,
student cannot hide what they are doing anymore
