          Drafting yearly/quarterly and project specific budgets
          Performing quarterly benchmark analysis
          Managing major construction sites (up to six at once) – supervising Site Managers, making sure projects
             are done according to the schedule and construction norms required by Polish law, managing project
             changes and challenges (travel: avg. 38,000 km/year)
