Re-designed interface makes navigation of the
Denon 2313 receiver a snap. When you first
turn it on it walks you through the initial setup
step by step insuring that your home theater is

4. Denon AVR 2313 App for Your Phone
The Denon 2313 has a free app that’s available
for download that allows you to turn your
iPhone into a remote control. Speaking of the
iPhone, the 2313 is also Airplay enabled. Once
your receiver’s on your network, all you have to
do is turn on your Apple device and you’ll be
asked if you want to push your music to the
2313. If you select yes, then the receiver will
automatically fire up and select the Airplay
input. You’re now ready to play any of your
music through the Denon 2313.

Like most of Denon’s line-up, the 2313 utilizes
Audyssey for calibration. The flavor of Audyssey
the Denon 2313 uses is MultEQ-XT. With the
MultEQ-XT, the receiver takes measurements
from six locations in your room and based on
your rooms acoustics it adjusts its settings
accordingly.
Would you rather have a professional calibrate
your 2313? Well, you can do that too since the
receiver is a member of Denon’s Ci line, you can
have an Audyssey certified technician calibrate
your system for you using a professional
microphone and taking measurements from 32
different points in your room.

The Denon 2313 uses discrete channel
amplification in order to deliver 105 watts of
power to each of it’s 7.2 channels.
