Meet at the school and load the coaches. Depart on the overnight ride to Orlando, Florida.

Sunday, March 24th


BREAKFAST AT THE GOLDEN CORRAL
Breakfast will be provided at the Golden Corral.

BLIZZARD BEACH
The “coolest” water park at the Walt Disney World® Resort is a winter ski resort that experienced a rapid
meltdown, creating some of the longest, tallest, curviest water rides anywhere! A chairlift brings you to the
top of Mt. Gushmore where a free-fall down Summit Plummet, the tallest, fastest speed slide awaits. This
“ski jump tower” takes you on a 60 mph plunge! There are more thrills with breathtaking slides, flumes,
white water raft rides and tube runs, plus floating icebergs.

Check-in at Disney's All-Star Music Resort Hotel late this afternoon.

This exciting, hands-on, three-hour workshop, is taught by Walt Disney World professional entertainers. It

WISHES NIGHTTIME SPECTACULAR
Make a wish upon a star and then marvel as the nighttime sky comes to life in a musical firework

and other beloved Disney characters through this fantastic story told amongst the stars. Wishes™ features
a dazzling array of never-before-seen fireworks and pyrotechnic effects created specifically for this amazing

This program offers music and dance groups the chance to perform for the world at the Walt Disney World® Resort.
It’s the “performance of a lifetime” that is sure to be a magical moment to be treasured forever. Groups interested in
adding a touch of “Disney Magic” to their next performances can take part in a Disney Performing Arts OnStage
Performance Workshop, taught by professional Walt Disney World Resort entertainers.

EPCOT
The eleven countries of World Showcase present a unique approach to culture, traditions, art, history and cuisine
from every corner of the world. At the heart of Future World is the ever-changing wonder of Innoventions, an
innovative showplace that exhibits the newest developments and technological advances destined to become part of
our daily lives.

ILLUMINATIONS DINNER
After a fun-filled day of imagination, delight and entertainment meet up with your friends and family for an exclusive

fountains, lasers, special lighting effects, pyrotechnics, and an original musical score - creating the perfect finish to
your Epcot® adventure!

Everyone is part of the show and laughter resounds. Each epic experience launches students into the
action and thrills of movies and television. Disney's Hollywood Studios captures the allure and power of
Hollywood by giving everyone the chance to be a star. Learn how movies are made, and enjoy live stage
shows based on the animated Disney classics.

LUNCH IN THE PARK

DINNER IN THE PARK

FANTASMIC!
Experience the fun, fancy and fears of everybody's favorite heroic mouse as he battles the forces that turn
his vibrant dreams into a vivid nightmare. Mickey faces off against Disney villains in a lavish spectacular of
dancing water, dramatic music, breathtaking animation, lasers, fireworks and surprises.

Hang on to your open-air vehicle as you are surrounded by free-roaming creatures of the African Savannah on
Kilimanjaro Safaris®, or whisk back 65 million years to rescue the last dinosaur on DINOSAUR. Traverse the
mysterious and forbidding Nepalese Himalayas aboard Disney's longest rollercoaster on Expedition Everest. Meet
tigers, giant bats and other exotic animals up-close, enjoy spectacular live stage shows, and experience the thrill of a
white-water expedition on Kali River Rapids® -- all in the same day!

The above tour prices are based on the number of paying persons traveling and may vary depending on
group size when prorated costs, such as motor coach, etc., are affected. Tour prices in this proposal are
based on tariffs in effect as of October 4, 2011 and are subject to change.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These Tour Prices were developed for individuals traveling with your group, as a
group, on the trip described in this proposed itinerary. In cases where individual deviations from this group
trip are requested, a $25.00 per person administrative charge will be levied.

Music Travel Consultants encourages and welcomes the
 application of fund-raising profits to individual or group
accounts. Music Travel Consultants is unable to accept
 or apply any school or booster fund-raising monies to
              accounts that are paid in full.

                   Last Day to Cancel:
                    January 23, 2013
 Cancellations are considered to be any change made to the passenger list on or after 61 days prior to departure.
    Cancellations must be made in writing. If received 61 days or more prior to departure, monies which can be
 retrieved from suppliers are refundable. Cancellations received 60 days up to and including day of departure are
non-refundable unless a substitution is made. If this tour includes airfare, cancellations and/or substitutions policies
                                vary by airline, date of ticketing and group contracts.

       Travel and Cancellation Insurance is HIGHLY Recommended.

GETTING STARTED
MTC Online is for parents and students. Credit card or eCheck information
must be entered to make a payment on your trip. Here’s MTC’s step-by-step
process for online trip registration and payment.

          Visit www.music-travel.com
          and click on the MTC Online
             Individual Login icon.

New User

 Click the
“New User”
   link.

               STEP 3
        Create Trip Account
Complete the form that pops up on the first
page. When finished with both Login Details
     and Contact Information, click on
            “Create Account”.

You will then receive the following message:

“Your account has been created successfully.

  You will receive an email message shortly
verifying your account information. Whenever
           you Login to MTC Online,
   use the email address (user name) and
        password that you just entered.”

Tour Participant Payment Agreement

By acknowledging the following, you agree to timely compliance with the payment schedule as outlined in the tour conditions. You also acknowledge
that if any payments are missed for any reason, you could be subject to removal from the tour and all monies forfeited. You understand that the tour
pricing is based on the number of participants stated in the tour conditions, and that the prices may change up or down with decreases or increases
in the number of participants. Other criteria could impact the tour cost and thus increase or decrease your cost. You agree that in the event that the
proposed services cannot be provided due to cancellation or unavailability of said services, Music Travel Consultants reserves the right to make
substitutions of features of equal value and similar quality, per its “Agent’s Responsibility” paragraph below and printed in the Tour Conditions page.
Written cancellations by individual tour members are refundable under the criteria set-forth in the paragraph entitled “CANCELLATION
INFORMATION” on the Tour Conditions page.

Agent’s Responsibility

Music Travel Consultants, a division of Star Travel Services Inc. (“Agent”) acts only as Agent in providing means of transportation or other services.
All tickets are issued and all other services are offered or provided subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of
transportation or other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such services shall be deemed to be consent to the further
condition that Music Travel Consultants shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or in
connection with other services, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any person or property howsoever caused or arising. The airlines
and motor coaches and ships concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard the
airline or motor coach or ship. Agent reserves the right to alter the itinerary. Any extra charges arising from such change must be met by the
Passenger. Agent reserves the right to cancel the tour or to remove any Passenger from the tour; its sole liability in such instance being the refund of
all monies paid to it for unused services. By acceptance of tour membership, Passenger agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that Agent shall not
become liable or responsible for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience to Passenger and to his/her possessions caused by or resulting from
occurrences, negligent or otherwise, due to the malfunction or breakdown of machinery or equipment, strikes or labor disputes, acts of God, war or
civil strife, acts of Governments or Civil Authorities, disease, delays, fire, theft, weather, itinerary changes or cancellation of services or default by
suppliers.

Register a Traveler
Once your Trip Account has been created, the next screen prompts you to:

Register a Traveler – Enter the Trip Number (given to you by your Group Leader or MTC)

After submitting your trip number, you will be asked to fill out some your
name, traveler type, instrument, etc.

Under Traveler Type:

Student = Member of the class or organization taking the trip.
Child = A family member who is not a Student.
Chaperone = Adult with Chaperoning responsibility.
Adult = Adult without Chaperoning responsibility.

IMPORTANT: To complete each registration you must accept the Tour
Participant Agreement.

Manage Your Account
Welcome!

After you have entered all of your travelers you are ready to manage your online account.
This is also the starting point the next time you login to your account.

• View Destinations and Dates
• Make/View Payments
• View Financial Information
• Add Additional Travelers

Enter the amount you want to pay today in the box
to the right of each Traveler’s name.

You will then receive the following message: “Your account has been created successfully. You will receive an email message shortly verifying your account information. Whenever you Login to MTC Online, use the email address (user name) and password that you just entered.”

  • 38. MTC Online Tour Participant Payment Agreement By acknowledging the following, you agree to timely compliance with the payment schedule as outlined in the tour conditions. You also acknowledge that if any payments are missed for any reason, you could be subject to removal from the tour and all monies forfeited. You understand that the tour pricing is based on the number of participants stated in the tour conditions, and that the prices may change up or down with decreases or increases in the number of participants. Other criteria could impact the tour cost and thus increase or decrease your cost. You agree that in the event that the proposed services cannot be provided due to cancellation or unavailability of said services, Music Travel Consultants reserves the right to make substitutions of features of equal value and similar quality, per its “Agent’s Responsibility” paragraph below and printed in the Tour Conditions page. Written cancellations by individual tour members are refundable under the criteria set-forth in the paragraph entitled “CANCELLATION INFORMATION” on the Tour Conditions page. Agent’s Responsibility Music Travel Consultants, a division of Star Travel Services Inc. (“Agent”) acts only as Agent in providing means of transportation or other services. All tickets are issued and all other services are offered or provided subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of transportation or other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such services shall be deemed to be consent to the further condition that Music Travel Consultants shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way in connection with such means of transportation or in connection with other services, or for any loss, injury or damage to or in respect of any person or property howsoever caused or arising. The airlines and motor coaches and ships concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard the airline or motor coach or ship. MTC Online STEP 4 Register a Traveler (continued) After submitting your trip number, you will be asked to fill out some your name, traveler type, instrument, etc. Under Traveler Type: Student = Member of the class or organization taking the trip. Child = A family member who is not a Student. Chaperone = Adult with Chaperoning responsibility. Adult = Adult without Chaperoning responsibility. IMPORTANT: To complete each registration you must accept the Tour Participant Agreement.
