WE also pride ourselves on building internal capacity within our client partner teams so that they can maintain and develop different approaches to learning that make a real difference to staff and the organisation more broadly.

- How can Aurion Learning help?: At Aurion we are involved in working with organisations to establish, enhance or supplement their in-house skills. For some organisations this take the form of Aurion developing and building a course of scratch. As today is focused on internal content authors, we are going to park that and look at our training and services offering.  We offer a range of training courses in the different key skills areas  We have also combined training and resources into our Capacity Building Bundle which is aimed at addressing the factors we have discussed today as well as other common challenges that internal content authors face.
