7. guarantees
assessment
The selection of the applicants presented is based on a personal face-to-face interview
between the candidate and our consultant. A shortlist is composed of 3 targeted candidates by
position. A memo describing the candidates’ profiles and the reasons supporting the
application is systematically addressed to the client. Would the client require psychological or
specific technical testing, we’d monitor those accordingly.
references
Acteon takes systematicaly references with a candidate’s former employer, at management
level before a hiring decision and we would generally complete with cross-references.
off limits
Acteon commits to an “off limits agreement” during the contractual relation and for two years
after its termination. Acteon’s Consultants do not approach neither solicit employees of their
clients.
replacement
Should the employment of a placed candidate be terminated for any reason, by the client’s
decision or by the placed hire’s decision, within the first 3 months of the employment
(generally the trial period), Acteon relaunches the assignment and replaces the candidate free
of charge.
