This is in the top corner of the
page as it is easy to find and clear
to read. It is also there because
when other magazines cover it on
the shelf, you can still read it. it is
simplle and is easy to remember
so it can be rememebered if the
audience want to buy another
issue of the magazine.
Left third- is used
for cover/sell lines
and includes the
masthead so when
it is covred by
other magazines o
nthe shelves it can
still be seen.
Main image
The main image is of the
U2 band. They are dressed
in a casul way but theyaare
giving no facial
expressions. Y=thius may
turnaway readers as they
donlt look ,like they are
welcoming you to read the
magazine.
Barcode/price/issue
These are very
important on
magazines if they want
to buy by the public.
The price shows how
good or bad the
magazine is, expensive
if it’s good and cheap if
it’s not one of the
popular ones.
Main sell line “U2

will attarct readers to
buy this magazine as
they will be interested
in what they have to
say.
U2 has been put in
bold text because it
makes it obvious to the
reader that this is the
main band the
magazine will be
focussing on.
The other sell lines
include other singers
that will be includec in
the mgazine. If peope
like these singers then
they will want to buy
the magazine.
Colour scheme.
The coloirs are very dull and look a bit a lifless. This
may put the reader off as there is nothing bright on
there to attract the audience toread it.

This will attract audience who listen to a lot of
music as they will want to havethis and then the
magazine will become known to them and they will
want to buy it again.
