Comparing Your Options Employee Associate Independent Associate Independent Partner Description You will be based in a local STPM Network office and enjoy the full support and access of all STPM Network’s resources You’ll operate as an independent contractor having the choice to work either from a local office or a home office, while accessing the support, training, and resources of STPM Network Utilizes STPM Network resources while running an independent business operation.  You choose your office location. Minimum Investment is $15,000 Payout Options 2-3k base salary  5%-15% commissions depending on level of production 30%-50% commissions depending on level of production Up to 85% commissions depending on level of production Support Local, Regional, and National support Local, Regional, and National support National Support Resources Access to all STPM Network’s resources Educational Access to STPM Network’s training academy, as well as, hands on training in the field Products Over 100 training modules to utilize in providing open forum public and private employee training workshops.  Additional access to personal development workshops, employee assessments, training academies, coaching opportunities, and career placement opportunities.
