8. How did we find these issues?
Interviews & Observations
“I would change the way the circles interface works. It is a
great concept in theory but is so confusing to navigate. When
I click to go to the circles section, it shows 124 people in my
circles yet I didn’t add the strong majority of them. Or maybe
I did unintentionally?? Which would be a sign of a terrible
user interface!”
Honestly, I'd want it connected to twitter and
Facebook in some way. The idea that I'd have to
rebuild the networks I have on those sites in
order to get the most out of Google+ is a bit
tiring.
