3D Magic supports surgeons for various types of surgery’s.
This is the case where the patient is kept on ventilator and so
the deliverables are on emergency condition. We build the
surfaces from the CT scan provided by the surgeons and its
ready to proto output, which is been prototyped and used
for the surgeries by surgeons.

ENGINEERINGWe provide a full range of reverse engineering services
starting from digitizing to digital 3D watertight model.The
inputs can be sketches, old parts, old dies or actual geom-
etry point data of the part.
3D scanning for reverse engineering creates 3D design
CAD models directly from physical parts. Through the re-
verse engineering process, we extract the digital shape of
-
mentation or that require CAD data for modern manufac-
turing methods.The scanning process allows a component
to be quickly and accurately reverse engineered.
The 3-dimensional data that is collected and modeled, can
be used to troubleshoot, reproduce, study, analyze, inspect
or can be applied to other future applications i.e. product
enhancements. 3D CAD models can be easily updated for
changes in the product design and/or tool or die design.
Tools and dies can even be generated by using the surface
models created by our 3D reverse engineering services.

We are 9 years old pune based No. 1 Reverse Engineering and Metrology
company in terms of technology and experience with in house CMM’s,
White light and Blue light 3D Scanners. We are reseller to Verisurf software
in INDIA and are single point neutral source for metrology based hardware
software solutions and services. We provide customized support for all
metrology related hardware and software need.

Sandeep has strong Class A surfacing and engineering
background. Sandeep is a founding member of 3D Magic.
Sandeep has more than 15 years of experience in different
OEM’s. He had worked with Tata Motors Styling Studio, Mahindra
& Mahindra, Eicher Motors, Kinetic, etc. He had managed team of
engineers and Digital Sculptors on various official and prestigious
project such as Aston Martin Cygnet, Jaguar, Triumph, Tata Aria,
Sumo Grande, Tata Magic Iris, Velocity Bike, etc. He had also worked
for international OEM’s like Ferrari, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Nissan,
Bombardier aerospace etc.
