Project Based Training
Candidates will be expected to bring projects to the training. The projects will be worked on
between the training modules, allowing an opportunity to apply the learning and updates
given at the training. Successful project completion will form part of the certification
process. Support is given to the candidates during the project work as required.
Black Belt Certification:
The process of certification involves
1. Attendance at 20 day training programme
2. Demonstrated understanding through testing (exam)
3. Successful completion of a DMAIC based process/ product improvement project.
Course Fees: Duration: 20 days
