1. Be harshly honest in the interview
 Senior people with horrible egos that need to be not
only tolerated but massaged were referred to as
“challenging” or “difficult.”
 Recruiters should not be very polite any more,
 Communicating the expectations very clearly and
brutally is a good way while hiring,
 This is how future goals can be set clearly and
upfront.

 Look in to the direction of interview, where is it
heading.
 Particularly, what are you looking for.
 If the direction goes off the track, irrelevant
discussions, there is no point teaching how to stay
focused on your goals.

3. When you find the good ones, help them move up
the ladder, even if that means losing them.
