  6. Real Estate Management Group out of Montana was able to save over $20k by switching to APM. They were using PayLease which had an annual fee of $2,800 but more costly was the time and effort for the manual entry that was required. They quickly reached an adoption rate of 60% and soon expect to be at 85% and saved money and time by shifting online with APM.
  7. Renter’s Warehouse was frustrated with the 2-3 days/month they were spending opening and entering checks.
