These are pictures taken from Teens Teach Tennis in Aiken, SC and the song is The Youth by MGMT. I have been giving free tennis lessons to at-risk kids for 6 years in a low-income neighborhood. Through the years, I have learned that many of these kids only care if they pass school and have no desires of furthering their education. By creating Tutor for Aiken, this will change and kids will be inspired to continue their education. We will tutor the kids in classes they are having problems with and create a laptop lab with educational software. If Tutor for Aiken inspires the youth, then a nationwide tutoring program may be created in the coming years. So please vote for Tutor for Aiken in the Pepsi Refresh Project Grant starting September 1 through September 30!
