The document summarizes an exhibition stand project consisting of simple geometric shapes made from ceramic tiles. The stand features a cube area for events, a cylindrical closet, a pipe reception area, and a multi-level labyrinth structure. Ceramic tiles from several manufacturers create and define the shapes of the objects that make up the stand while also serving as the formative material.
2. Idea: simple geometric shapes which allow identify and emphasize the uniqueness of finishing material as the basis of the
stand’s architecture.
This project is a composition of simple geometric shapes and some other complex elements, called the Labyrinth. Ceramic
tiles create and dictate the shape of the objects, at the same time they are not exhibits but formative material. Thus simple
shapes get their own sound and personality.
Each element of the composition has certain function.
Cube. Area for press conferences, seminars and other events.
Cube is made from metal (frame) covered with mesh (cellular material that transmits light and air). There is a system of full
opening of one of the faces of the cube. It is possible to place tables and multimedia systems inside.
Cylinder. Walk-in closet, storage room.
Bent structure is made on a metal frame basis. Radius doors are made of bent plywood.
Pipe. Reception area for guests.
The construction is based on a metal frame.
Labyrinth. Multilevel structure. It is made of compressed wood and metal pipes. It represents a group of segments of
different shapes, assembled into united structure.
The outer edge of the maze is covered with plywood and decorated with ceramic tiles. The inner edge of the maze is
decorated with ceramic tiles.
We provide lighting levels and internal ribs design using LED strip in aluminum profile. We specify the direction of movement
in the maze. Entrance and exit.
Ground. Free space within the composition, which can be used for catering and business meetings.
The project used products (ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles) from the following manufacturers: Peronda, Natuser, Grespania,
Pamesa, Keraben, Cifre. It is also possible to use a larger number of titles.
The project used the following materials:
1. Metal structures (including bent)
2. Grid (cellular material that transmits light and air)
3. Material aluminum frame, plastic sheathing
4. Plywood
5. Magnesite plate
6. Compressed wood
