BEAUTY’S OF SEASON
The Rainy Season begins in India when the South West Monsoon winds begin to blow over this country. The season is felt in the months of Asaadha and Shravana as per the Oriya calendar. But in fact it lasts in India from the second week of June till the end of September. The Rainy Season comes after the Summer Season. So this season brings relief to everybody. We enjoy rains. Very often it rains for days together. The water level rises. Trees look more and more green. On a rainy day the sky remains covered with clouds. The sun remains hidden behind the clouds. Sometimes low-pressure occurs and it results in heavy rain. Tanks and pools are filled with water. In this season the colour of the water in river turns yellow due to the particles of mud. Roads become muddy. Rain water flows on the roads. Small children prepare paper boats and float them along the stream of water .
The Rainy Season is helpful to us in many ways. The earth which was dry becomes cool and soft. The air becomes cool and comfortable. The air in this season is free from dust. Rain is helpful in agriculture. Farmers become happy to get adequate rain in this season. We get many kinds of vegetables in this season. If there is plenty of rain water, then it is preserved in dams for the hydro-electricity and irrigation purpose. Therefore we must be thankful to this season.
When the wet season occurs during a warm season, or summer , precipitation falls mainly during the late afternoon and early evening hours. The wet season is a time when air quality improves, freshwater quality improves, and vegetation grows significantly, leading to crop yields late in the season. Floods cause rivers to overflow their banks, and some animals to retreat to higher ground. Soil nutrients diminish and erosion increases. The incidence of malaria increases in areas where the rainy season coincides with high temperatures. Animals have adaptation and survival strategies for the wetter regime. Often, the previous dry season leads to food shortages in the wet season, as the crops have yet to mature
Winter comes after the dewy season. Hence, there are no more clouds in they sky. The winter sky is clear and blue. Paths are dry and they are open to all places. The winter sun is mild and warm. No kind of epidemic is found in this season. The peasants are full of mirth. They reap their rich harvest. The winter crops grow in plenty. Winter is a season of fruits. Many kinds of fruit come to the market . Orange and grapes are the most common .

New Year's, Christmas, Holiday Parties, etc.! That is, if you're the part type of gal!
Spring is one of the four temperate seasons , the transition period between winter and summer . Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. The specific definition of the exact timing of "spring" varies according to local climate, cultures and customs. At the spring equinox , days are close to 12 hours long with day length increasing as the season progresses.
Springs is a beautiful season. It is really a season of flowers. Many kinds of flower bloom in Spring. Swarms of bees rush at them. They hum round the opening buds. They hum round the blooming petals. They loot the essence of flowers and make honey of it. Butterflies, too, to to the flowers and sit on them. They fly here and there about the flowers. Flowers of various colours dance in the vernal wind. Mango blossoms rise up on the mango trees. The cuckoo sits in the leafy twig and sings her melody. A light breeze blows from the south. It is the sweet south wind. It feels very pleasant. It carries to us smell of flowers and music of soils. Boys and Girls feel a kind of thrill. All are blithe and happy. Plants and animals look mirthful; so also the human beings. People do many kings of festivity. They sing and dance and make merry. Spring has roused high level poetic imagination in the minds of our poets. So, we find a lot of poetic works in our literatures.
Holi or Phagwarah, the festival of colors, celebrated at the end of the winter season on the last full moon of the lunar month Falgun (February/March), is the most vibrant festival of colours celebrated by Hindus in India. People throw water and apply colour powders on each other. Vasant Panchami is celebrated in North India on the fifth day of the Indian month Magh (January–February), the first day of spring. Sankranti and Thai Pongal are celebrated in South India (Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu) in mid January to mark the beginning of spring season.
Autumn is one of the four temperate seasons . Autumn marks the transition from summer into winter , in September ( Northern Hemisphere ) or March ( Southern Hemisphere ) when the arrival of night becomes noticeably earlier.
The equinoxes might be expected to be in the middle of their respective seasons, but temperature lag (caused by the thermal latency of the ground and sea) means that seasons appear later than dates calculated from a purely astronomical perspective. The actual lag varies with region. Some cultures regard the autumnal equinox as "mid-autumn", others with a longer lag treat it as the start of autumn. Meteorologists (and most of the temperate countries in the southern hemisphere) use a definition based on months, with autumn being September, October and November in the northern hemisphere, and March, April and May in the southern hemisphere.
In North America, autumn is usually considered to start with the September equinox. In traditional East Asian solar term , autumn starts on or around 8 August and ends on about 7 November. In Ireland, the autumn months according to the national meteorological service, Met Éireann , are September , October and November . However, according to the Irish Calendar which is based on ancient Gaelic traditions, autumn lasts throughout the months of August , September , and October , or possibly a few days later, depending on tradition. In Australia, autumn officially begins on March 1st and ends May 31 st According to United States tradition, autumn runs from the day after Labor Day (i.e. the Tuesday following the first Monday of September) through Thanksgiving (i.e. the fourth Thursday in November), after which the holiday season that demarcates the unofficial beginning of winter begins
In summer, everything is neat and clean. The earth is dry. Hence, there is no mud or marsh. Ways and paths are open to very place. Mangoes ripe in summer. We get plenty of mangoes. we get jack-fruits and pineapples. The shady groves of mango and palm trees are cool and beautiful. The cuckoo has not yet ceased to sing her music. The grass-hoppers make their merry dance on the cool blades of grass .
In Summer, the days are long. Hence we get more times to work. Even in summer comes last. So, the school-children got more times to play. The Summer flowers bloom in the evening. All the night they speared their sweet smell. The summer sky is clear and blue. Hence, the moon beams bright. Summer causes the rainy seasons. Because  it evaporated water and stores the vapors in the atmosphere. These vapors turn into clouds and fall as rain
No school!!!!! You have all the time in the world to do what you want, if you want to play video games all summer, you have forever!! If you want to lose weight or something than you have time for that too, who cares about the heat... just buy some freaking ICE CREAM!!!!
