SUMMARY For:  Managers and key staff directly involved in the development of ideas and new programs and implementation of solutions as well as the identification of areas for change and improvement.  Includes senior management that sit at the cross roads where strategy meets implementation. Form:  Majority are 2-3 hour courses that immerse participants into the key concepts and their practical use.  A few marked “Q” are 1 hour quick learning classes.  Each course is guided by questions that participants actively respond to which is a proven method to enhance engagement and applicable use afterwards.
