2. Leticia is new to Cardiff and has just joined the
library. She likes having access to the internet at the
library, and likes to combine her library visit with a
visit to the shops.

3. Elizabeth, Emily and Jonty love the variety of
children’s books available at the library. On a rainy
day, they can come to the library, park undercover
easily, and then do the shopping afterwards.

grab a coffee and
then come into the
library where there
are now more
computer and
internet terminals.
Matthew likes the
helpful library staff
who go out of their
way to make him
feel like an
important customer.

5. Marlene and Sandra like the modern feel and friendly
atmosphere of the new library, and are using the
library more often now that is it closer to the town hub.
They would still like to see more audio books!
